Crystal Obsessions Payment and Cancellation Policy 

Please be advised that all payments are due upon booking any appointments by PayPal to https://www.paypal.me/crystalobsessions or e-transfer to olivia@crystalobsesions.com

Crystal Obsessions has the following payment policy for missed or cancelled appointments: 

• Missed appointments without notice: 100% of plus GST 
• Missed appointments with less than 24hrs notice: 50% plus GST
• Missed appointments with minimum 24hrs notice: no charge, and ability to reschedule

Crystal Obsessions ships merchandise to any location worldwide at the customers' expense.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site is passed to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country.  Crystal Obsessions is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Sales Tax

Crystal Obsessions charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable provincial sales tax rate (GST- 5%).
